- Before going to bed:
- Apply a small amount to dry skin and leave to absorb overnight. Shower as usual in the morning.
- For hands and feet, depending on the condition of the skin, this must be applied every 24 hours in the evening.
Apply the ahc antiperspirant immediately before going to bed. The sweat glands are usually not active when the body is resting and ahc can therefore be absorbed unhindered. Bathing or showering immediately after application impairs the effect. In the first 3-5 days, dab the areas to be treated every day, thinly but generously, with a cotton swab, cotton ball or directly with your fingertips.
